Can I dye or tone the extensions?

Yes, but we recommend only using a professional stylist. Our hair arrives pre-toned and ready to wear, so minimal processing is best to preserve softness and strength.

How do I care for my extensions?

We suggest:

• Sulfate-free, hydrating shampoo & conditioner
• Gentle brushing from ends upward
• Sleeping in a loose braid
• Heat protection always

Is this salon-grade hair?

Yes, KAÏYA is salon-grade and trusted by professional stylists for seamless blends, colour, and premium installs.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened hair. If your item is unused and sealed, we may offer an exchange or credit within 14 days. Please see our full policy [here].

Yes! We offer express worldwide shipping. All Australian orders are shipped within 1–2 business days from our Melbourne HQ.
