Refund & Exchange Policy

At KAÏYA Luxury Hair, we take great pride in the quality, luxury, and hygiene of our products. Because our extensions are considered intimate beauty items, we’ve created a policy that balances customer care with industry hygiene standards 💫


🚫 No Returns on Opened Hair

 

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on hair extensions that have been opened, worn, or tampered with.

Hair extensions are a personal product, and once the original seal is broken, we are unable to restock or resell the item. We kindly ask that you choose carefully and reach out to us if you have any questions before ordering.

 


🔁 Exchanges or Store Credit

 

We offer exchange or store credit under the following conditions:

  • Hair is unused, unwashed, and sealed in original packaging
  • A request is made within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Customer covers return shipping

If your item meets the above, we’re happy to exchange it or issue a credit to use on a future drop 💌

 


To begin a request, please contact us at info@kaiyahair.com with your order number and photos of the sealed item.



 

📦 Incorrect or Damaged Items

In the rare case you receive the wrong item or something arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it ASAP — we want you to love your experience from start to finish.


 

🧾 Order Cancellations

We process orders quickly, which means once your order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellation. Please email us immediately at info@kaiyahair.com and we’ll do our best.

 

Important Notes

 

  • All refunds (if approved) will be issued as store credit
  • KAÏYA is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address entry
  • Any hair returned without prior authorization will be refused
